My desire to help people is why I became a real estate professional! There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent agent - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
Beyond these skills, what sets me apart from others, is my client-first philosophy. With years of experience as a Tampa Bay real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. I want to make home buying or selling as stress free and easy as possible.
To keep up with the changing world we live in, I have recently become a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and have obtained my Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation. When looking at your options as a distressed homeowner, it is imperative that you speak with someone that understands how to speak in a language you can understand as well as give the best possible advice -whether that means helping sort through the loan modification process, listing the property as a short sale, or referring the client to a real estate attorney.
